Why we exist
Finding commercial space in the UAE means browsing portals built for homes, repeating the same brief to broker after broker, and still seeing only part of the market: around 70% of Dubai’s commercial inventory is never advertised.
Agencies have the opposite problem. Sorting serious enquiries from noise and agent-to-agent leads can take 40% of an agent’s time, time not spent closing deals or winning mandates.
How it works
For businesses looking for space
Brief us once, on the web or on WhatsApp. Our AI concierge, trained by commercial brokers, helps you settle budget, licensing and technical needs, then sends your brief to our network of licensed agencies, landlords and free zones. You get one shortlist and deal directly with the operator you choose.
For agencies
Our Marketplace sends agencies qualified search mandates from businesses we bring in. Our lead qualification service answers the enquiries an agency already receives, on its own WhatsApp number, and returns a prioritised brief to its CRM.
How we make money
Businesses looking for space pay nothing. Agencies pay for the search mandates they accept and for the leads we qualify for them.
TijarHub does not hold a brokerage licence and does not act as a broker. Viewings, leases and sales are handled by licensed agencies.
